This Privacy Policy does not apply to the extent we process personal data in the role of a processor on behalf of our customers, including where we offer to our customers our platform to run sweepstakes or contests, loyalty programs, or rebates and offers. For detailed privacy information related to a customer who uses our platform, please contact the customer directly. We are not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of our customers.

This section apples to the personal data we process from our customers as a data controller. We collect personal data from you through your use of the Site. 5. “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the Site does not currently interpret, respond to or alter its practices when it receives “Do Not Track” signals.

10. NOTICE TO NEVADA RESIDENTS

Nevada law allows Nevada residents to opt-out of the sale of certain types of personal information. Subject to several exceptions, Nevada law defines “sale” to mean the exchange of certain types of personal information for monetary consideration to another person. We do not currently sell personal information as defined in the Nevada law.
